Let Your Creativity Flow.
Creativity flows more easily when we slow down, listen, and trust the process. The Creative Wellbeing Companion is an eleven-module course designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your creativity.
Instead of pressure or perfectionism, the course focuses on simple practices that help you relax, notice what’s going on inside, and start making again.
You’ll explore creative exercises, reflection and (optional) meditations in a supportive way that builds confidence and self-trust.
No experience needed.
Price £50 (course only) or £145 (course with one-to-one mentoring)

Bonus meditation Library
We've created an extensive meditation library for you. If you’re new to meditation, it can help to know that there’s no expectation to empty your mind, feel calm, or have any particular experience. If you show up and spend a few minutes with what’s here, you’re doing it right. These practices aren’t about fixing yourself or achieving a certain state. They’re simply invitations to pause, notice, and rest with experience as it is. You’re welcome to skip anything that doesn’t feel helpful, return to what does, and use these practices in whatever way supports you. The meditations in this course are offered as an option — not a requirement. You don’t need to meditate every day, and you don’t need to complete them in any particular order. Some people won’t want to use them at all. Others may find one or two they return to again and again. All of that is completely fine.
Morag has became a certified meditation teacher in 2025 and would like to acknowledge her teacher: davidji from davidji Meditation Academy and also Elizabeth Winkler for their expert tuition.
Not at all.
In this course, creativity means being human — noticing, responding, imagining, making meaning. You don’t need to be an artist, photographer, or writer. The practices are open to everyone and can be adapted to suit you.
No.
This course works with or without meditation. Some people enjoy the optional guided meditations, others skip them entirely and focus on the videos and creative exercises. You’re encouraged to choose what supports you.
The course is self-paced.
Many people explore it over a few weeks, but there’s no schedule to keep up with. You can move slowly, revisit lessons, or take breaks whenever you need to.
Each lesson includes: a short video (around 3 minutes), a simple creative invitation, optional journalling prompts.
You can spend as little or as long as you like with each one.
You get lifetime access.
The course itself is self-paced with no live sessions.
However, optional one-to-one support is available if you’d like personalised guidance.
